hi cfdiens
does any one know how to create a files that require to compile the udf.(not header files)libudf...etc thanks in advance |

actually what u want to know be clear . U CAN udf in C taking the help of help file. it should BE COMPILE OR INTERPRETE to link with fluent. u just write udf in c and open fluent and go define ->userdefine ->function ->interpreted/compiled it may help u

thaks for your reply
i have a c program.when i open the compile option there are two columns,one is source another is header files.for the source i can select the c source but wat about the headerfile? nothing is visible. thank you |

ya i have installed,the case and data files are in the same directory.i am using fluent 6.1 version will this make any difference?

hi in my system same problem in coming . i had compiled udf in my system for 2d problem but not 3d one
i think their may some problem in ur udf or their may something different for 3d i dont know |

i have tried in 2d also...i thing the fluent 6.1 dont have the option to use the define_mass_transfer macro... any way thanks for suggestion
