Hi guys, can anyone help?

I am doing a simulation of heating of a liquid in a reactangular enclosure for a period of 90mins. I want to monitor the temperature at 1 min intervals. Do i choose my solver (define/models/solver) as steady or unsteady?

Thanks for the help
