Default water wapor particles evaporation

hello I'm a university italian student and i need help with fluent's problem. i have to model the evaporation of water particle and the water wapor transport subsequently to the exposure to a flow of warm air. the object is a steel chain covered of base varnish of water and i have to medel his dryng. Can someone help me ?
