Default tip clearence in turbo tool

hai friends i am doing a project with the turbo tool, when i am doing with tip clearene,0.65mm its coming the correct model, when i am trying to do with 0.5mm,the volume is creating in blade section also, some times coming the model exacctly,

can anyone suggest me how can i resolve this proublem
