Default Drawing fibre from furnace

I model in Fidap drawing a fiber from a preform from a furnace - a 3-D problem in a cone with a hole - 2 free surfaces. When I change by any order material properties - such as viscosity, the velocity field doesn't change. Also when using spines - ENTITY(NAME="free",SURFACE,DEPTH=0,SPINE,STRAIGHT) the new shape of the cone doesn't depend on surface tension or additional pressure in the hole and the velocity field is as if there wasn't surface tension.
