water recirculation

Default water recirculation

hi

i am modeling a pipe flow. Helium is passing through the pipe at a high temp. Outer pheriphery of the pipe, water is recirculating. our problem is 2d axisymetric on. i had taken thicknss of the pipe as zero. how to define the boundry conditions so that outer wall water is reciculating. please help
