Default Convergense Problem!!

Hi everyone, I have a problem for convergense. The domain is a rectangular vessel which has 0.3m in length, 0.05m width and 0.26m height. And there are inlet and outlet which have 0.04m in width and 0.01m in height on the plane of vessel(0.01 x 0.26m). Nitrogen at room temp. is flowing from inlet. This is single phase flow. Inlet velocity is 0.4 m/s, so I am using laminar flow model. Outlet is set to pressure outlet.

When I start steady state calculation, this is not converging. Does anybody have some ideas for this??

Thanks, AKR
