Getting Error in Fluent

Hi, Anybody can help me to solve this problem. I am running Fluent V6.3.26 in IBM REGATTA parallel proceesor and getting this error.
Primitive Error at Node 1: received Segmentation Violation Primitive Error at Node 6: received Segmentation Violation Kindly suggest me to solve this problem. Thanking u. sisir |

possible reasons: mesh; time step; divergence.
