Hi guys,

I am trying to re simulate the nucleat boiling tutorial using the geometry i created in gambit but which is identical to the one used in the tutorial. Problem is that when i used "heat flux" as the wall and shadow wall boundary condition and using their respective udf macros, no heat transfer happens between the solid and fluid region. But when i used the coupled boundary condition for the wall and its shadow using either one of the udf macros for fluid or solid region, heat transfer begins between solid and fluid zones. Can anyone suggest why is it happening ?
