VOF vs BOILING

hi, did someone of you do a boiling proces in VOF model. I wonder if you manage to get good temperature profil accros whole domain (both phases). For example if you set heating source temperature = 380K (boiling of water) and water temperature = 350K and (at the t=0s) vapour above water temperature = 333K (for example). Temperature can be different (whatever you like). During boiling how this temperatures changed? Is everything ok? In my model after few iterations temperature of vapour always reach max. or min. allowe by Fluent which is 1 or 5000K (depend what you set in solve-control-limits. If someone who using VOF and boiling coul help me I appreciate it.......
