Hi. My question is:

What is y+? What's the use of it? Which step is it considering the whole CFD analysis?

It's a quantity used to define the regions of turbulence near the walls , there were three regions for turbulence 1) laminar layer y+ <5 2)buffer layer 5<y+<30 3) turbulent core y+>30

for more information refer to section 11.10 at the manual.
