Hello, I'm trying to attach a BL mesh to a surface but the arrow points out of the domain volume and therefore it is improperly attached. Ho to make the arrow pointing into the volume? thanks

Hi, I'm new to CFD really. I found that the BL mesh will only face into surfaces that you have made. I had to split my domain up into smaller sections in order to have the BL mesh facing away from my object into the domain. Hope this help. Sorry if I'm wrong. Nathan

thanks. if you mean the middle mouse botton, it does change the surface on which attach the BL but not the direction of the arrow, which points out of the volume, therefore I cannot even see the preview of the BL before applying it. there is only one volume domain and it has convex and concave boundaries. any other advice?

problem solved, there was an error importing the iges file, which I fixed using the Heal option.
