error in VOF

Default error in VOF

hello to all i found some trouble during VOF solution. The error message "Too many VOF substeps" came. i am writing the options that i have tried. 1. reducing momentum underrelaxation factor 2. reducing time step size as well as no of time steps 3. changing discretization scheme

so wat is problem i donot know. can any one focus on this issue?
