Blades inside a cylinder

Hello , I have a 4 blades inside a cylinder , and i wan t to mesh this volume & export it into fluent . I first substracted the two volumes , then i meshed the computational domain with tet intervals 3 .i assigned as BC inlet , outlet , Wall (velocity, pressure outlet). I wan tto solve it using MRF .

My Questions :1- is that right what i have done until now ?

2- I will assign the wall as a Moving frame in Fluent ?

Plz reply ASAP , and advices and hints are welcomed ;
