Default Axial Flow Turbine Problem

I am doing the complete Analysis of Axial Flow Turbine using the turbine flow passage and not the turbo tool.I am having a problem giving the Boundary condition values.There are no meshing problems in Gambit but no matter which boundary condition I give,Fluent is giving reverse flow.Can you please explain to me in detail how to give the boundary conditions for this problem
