Heat transfer coefficient

Hi all,

i have a long rectangular channel and the bulk temperature is much lower than the wall temperature but the results that i am getting after surface integral it using area weighted average is negative...What does negative heat transfer coefficient means in FLUENT? is it a reverse flow in the heat transfer? but how could this happen as the wall temperature is much higher than the bulk temperature? thank u in advance...

Re: Heat transfer coefficient

the heat transfer coefficient cannot be negative. check your reference temperature.
