How to track the interface between two phases

Hi can anyone guide me to how can I track the interface between two phases (air and water) flowing into a pipe?

I had the same problem in my last CFD study. Try to do a iso surface of volume fraction (0.5 air for example), after, .dat by .dat files, follow it. a research fellow |

Dear fellow thanks to the answer I tried to create iso-surface for the secondary phase with vof value o.5 but from any surface should I choose? Please tell me
