Plz help on MHD. Urgent!

Hi, there,

Could you help me to solve a MHD problem? That's fluid flow (in axial direction) in a sudden expension. The magnetic field is applied in the y direction.

May I share your knowledge? Could you tell me the general procedure on how to define a MHD problem?

Or could you forward me any case file?

Thank you very much.

Rucy

Dear Hussein,

Many thanks for your reply.

Magnetic fluid flows in a sudden expension. It's a 2-D problem in Cartesian coordinate. The magnetic field is applied on the bottom of the expension, and is a function of the x (flow) direction.

There is few description on MHD in the Fluent Documentaion.

Best regards.

Rucy
