Default High heat flux and non-fouriers law

Hello i have a question when we have a high heat flux for example laser point we have high constant heat generation for example 1e8 W/m2 in this case we have to use non-fouriers law now my question is that: is fluent automaticlly use non-fouriers law for such cases or we should or enable some options? thx
