how develop strong pressure in the inlet?

How to generate strong pressure like 40 Mpa in the inlet in transient analysis? This pressure has to vary with time so that patching will not help. Is any possibility to generate this much pressure right from the first iteration since this pressure is not developed for me and very low pressure only developed intially.

What's the problem? What are you trying to solve for?

Re: how develop strong pressure in the inlet?

I am simulating flow in a pipe having some heat of reaction, mass . But the constraint is at t=0, the pressure should be at 40Mpa. Then this pressure will drop to 0. I converted this heat of reation as energy source and mass source , but the initial pressure 40 Mpa is not developing even after adjusting the volumes. But all other parameters temp, mass flow rate are o,k. How to develop this pressure at inlet?
