second order convergence problems

Hello there,
I'm having problems with errors starting and growing in my grid when switching to 2nd order on a fully converged RSM 750k cell air only calculation. Turbulent viscosity grows until it starts being limited in cells. The grid is good quality - max skewness of around 0.74 with <1% at around 0.37. And the errors often come in at the early 'ambient' stages of the model where cells are almost perfectly rectangular. Relaxation factors are also all down and the first order solution converged well for a 750k cell grid. Any help would be very much appreciated! Regards Phil |
