Default properties of gas flow in channels

Hi,

I want to modelling the flow and heat transfer of gases in microchannel which considered as incompressible flow.My question is what is the type of properties most be specify to the fluid esspecially density of (air or any gas) is it constant or ideal gas or incompressible ideal gas or what. Waiting for answer
