I haven't done it myself, but I believe the geometry should be easy.
Did you make yourself comfortable with meshing in general?
If not, I would suggest you do the tutorial on airfoils.
At least this will give you an overview about external flows.

Everything up to you is to adpot it to the AHMED body geometry and do it in 3D.
