Hello,

I installed Fluent 6.3.21 on my PC. ( I will use it on Windows XP)

The problem is that when I start it I get this error message:

FLEXlm error: -96,7. System Error: 11004 "WinSock: Valid name, but no record (NO_ADDRESS)"

I have no idea how to solve that especially that I have case and data files that I want to open and dispaly! If there is any possibility to open them using an other program!

Thank you so much in advance!!!

/Safa

Hi I think you should try to create a folder named flexlm in your c drive ( or the drive where you have installed fluent ) and check out if it works

check out the drive in which you have installed the fluent (make the flexlm folder in that drive ) Also check the fluent license file (sometimes you gotta change the computer' year to the license year )
