July 7, 2007, 05:00 A question about horizontal film boiling tutorial? #1 Asghari Guest   Posts: n/a Hi all; has someone read this tutorial : Horizontal film boiling I have a imporatant question . Why should I set a source term for VOF of primary phase (gas)using UDF? We know VOF for primary phase is calculated due to this relation : VOF of primary phase = 1- VOF of secondary phase ; therefore What we really need is that we solve VOF equation only for secondary phase with regarding to its source term and then gain VOF for primary phase using the upper relation. Isn't it ? I am appreciated everybody help me in this case. Thankx a lot.
