Evaporation of water in fluent

Hi!

I want to implement evaporation of water from wet coal (cubic block) in fluent and want to identify the position of drying front with time..

The reaction that takes place is:

H20(g) ----> H20(l)

and the wet coal gets converted to dry coal

Can anyone tell me how to do this? Do we need to have species transport enabled and treat this as a reaction? If so, what all parameters are required?

Do we need multiphase too...I have a solid, liquid and steam (gas)??

Someone please help!!

Thanks in advance, Regards, Arpit
