Hybrid Mesh
Hi,
I know that hybrid grids are becoming more common but I am uncertain how to implement such a mesh. That is, how does one make a seamless transition between tetrahedral and hexahedral mesh elements? I would like to implement this but don't want to generate a poor mesh. Any help is much appreciated! |
Re: Hybrid Mesh
This is well covered in the gambit tutorials.

Re: Hybrid Mesh
Unfortunately, I do not think I have access to these Tutorials. I am using GAMBIT remotely on a parallel computing mainframe and as far as I'm concerned they do not have the tutorials available.

Re: Hybrid Mesh
Any users can access tutorials from www.fluentusers.com with registered details. But anyway you should have a documentation CD that can be installed locally to review html or postscript help files and all mesh/case files as well.
