Can mesh adaptation be used with dynamic meshing?

The model compatibility chart in the users guide appendix does not address this combination?

Ideally I want to be able to move a boundary of my model and use dynamic adaptation based on velocity gradients at the same time.

Thanks.

Dont see a reason why you cannot do that. Try it on a simple 2D case first.

As mentioned above (but for others) you cannot remesh a hanging node/polyhedral/hexcore mesh so adaption and dynamic meshing together will only work if adaption is conformal.
