Adaption Error
 

Hello all,

I'm having a problem with grid adaption. The simulation I'm doing is a conjugate heat transfer problem involving both fluid domain and solid domain. I've obtained a convergent solution, but when I tried to do grid adaption, I got the following message:

Information: Mesh might not have proper cell tree information. Some of the cells may be unmarked for successful adaption. Error: Internal error at line 1623 in file '..\..\src\grid.c'. replace_f_in_f_kids: face not found Error Object: ()

Could anyone kindly give me an idea of what the message indicates?
