Can I apply a radiation model to only part of my model?

In my model I have two separate fluid flows that are connected my a solid section. So there is heat transfer between the 2 fuild flows, but not fluid transfer. From the physics that I expect to dominate, I want to apply a radiation model for only 1 of the fluid flows. Is that possible?

thanks
