Hi
Check the grid in Gambit first. Right-click on the exclamation mark (!) and choose the "check mark" and see the message provided. perform this on each face/volume to find where exactly the problem is. I get this message when a zone is not properly meshed. Do you have a highly curved line on a meshed face and not enough nodes on it? check the mesh there. Good luck AAA |

I think its related to your computational axis. all the cells should be right handed. check for this. you can fix it in gridgen or gambit whichever mesh generator u r using
