Default Simulation of thermoacoustic engine using CFD

Hello. Has anyone done simulation of traveling wave thermoacoustic stirling heat engine using Fluent before? I was still struggling on how to set the boundary condition for the resonator. Should i use UDF (user define function) or dynamic mesh? Or there are any other suggestion? Please help me solve this problem.
