i need your real help
 
i have the cylinderical geometry and i meshing using cooper and hex about 987654 cell and my computer is 2.81 GHz and 3.5 GB of ram DDR2 when i do every thing and after initialization to iteration it gives me this massage

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc pp, size 22495744, t 14, myid 1000000.

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: () i don't know what to do sihatt thanks in advance

Looks like you are running into a 32 bit OS memory addressing limitation. Use a 64 bit OS e.g. Linux 64 bit or windows 64 bit.

Hi This is caused if the virtual memory is low. Try increasing the paging file size of the directory in which the fluent is installed.

Yup out of memory. Use 64 bit exec with OS and h/w. Otherwise run in parallel and use shared memory. Or use Linux which can address more memory. Or cut down cell count using hexcore or use seg solver etc to reduce memory requirements.
