Default Mass flow rate in Fluent

Hi. I am modelling internal flow with a model with a rotating disc which pumps air axially and deflects it radially (like a radial pump). The mass flow I am getting from Fluent is lower (-40%) than the measured one. I am obtaining the same result from simulations with different mesh densities. I am using EWT, and checked y+ values <5. Anyone experineced such a discrepancy in similar cases? Any suggestion? Thanx
