Which Turbulent Model is Suitable at Re=3900?

Dear

I am trying to simulate the flow over a cylinder at Re=3900. I used k-epsilon model and k-omega model, but I didn't get any vortex shedding and my lift coefficient didn't oscillate. Could you please help me, which turbulence model is suitable for this flow? Or any other direction?

Thanks! Jesse,

But some time before I have used k-epsilon realisible model and got excellent result both Cd and vortex shedding. Could you please tell me which turbulent model is useful at Re=140000?
