FSI using fluent and abaqus vs ls dyna or dytran
 
hello i have a question about FSI , why we all trying to make fsi with coupling like cfx and ansys ,,,, abaqus and fluent or star cd and we are not using dytran or ls dyna???

the coupling offer us somthing that the dytran or ls dyna can not offer us???

well dytran and ls syna can make a real FSI with both solid and fluent . see this.. http://www.wavefront.co.jp/CAE/ensight/dytran.html aand

it can do everything.....

why we are trying to make a coupling and not use this code??
