The first source to look at is the manual. What are you missing there?

what do you mean under command line operations ?
TUI commands?

almost everything is possible to make in FLuent interface without any TUI commands

you may investigate available TUI commands by yourself
go to fluent console, press enter, you will see the list of available options
first you will see:
Code:
adapt/ mesh/ solve/
define/ parallel/ surface/
display/ plot/ views/
exit report/
file/ server/
type adapt, press enter:
Code:
adapt-boundary-cells exchange-marks mark-inout-hexahedron
adapt-to-gradients fill-crsn-register mark-inout-iso-range
adapt-to-ref-lev free-parents mark-inout-sphere
...
and so on
