Default plz help on core annular flow

i hv to simulate core annular flow in fluent .. i m not able to do it ... plz some one help me .. i used VOF,non iterative method,vertical pipe( 0.012m dia and 3 mts length, flow velocity of water 0.46 m/s and kerosene 1.27m/s.).. i can eevn send the results ..no matter wat i do i end up with bubbly flow
