Default evaporation of water

hello,

I´d like to model a case in which there is a heat transference in two separated fluid regions. In one of then an exotermic reaction takes place and the refrigerating fluid is in the other part. I have thought in using liquid water near its boiling temperature as refrigerating material. I was expecting in having a small volume fraction of water vapor owing to the heat transference but a I´m not sure if I have my model well defined. Could anyone help me? Should I have to use a UDF?

thank you
