Is possible in fluent to change physical time in transient?
For example: I have simulated 20 time steps, every one of them is 0,01s, so total time is 0,2s. Now I want to go back and change time to total time 0,1s or to the 10th time step. Is there any way of doing this?

I don't understand clealy what you mean. You only stop simulation and change time step and continue to run?

I want to shift time back to recalculate old timesteps. I want to use different settings and dont want to read old saved data.
