Default Under-relaxation output to text

Hi all I wondering if anyone knows how to output the current under-relaxtions at each time step to a text file and also the current time taken per time step.

At the moment all I have is a .jou that outputs residuals data to a text file. The command I found on line is (solver-residuals) I was wondering if the additional data I need can be obtained in a similar manner.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Karl

Why do you need to write them at each time step? Are they changing?
