LES and RANS region in a DES computation
In a recent paper I read, I saw for a DES simulation a plot, where the LES and RANS regions of the computation were shown (a value of one representing a complete LES region and a value of zero a complete RANS region).
I would like to do this with my simulation as well. I know that it is possible for example to show in CFX, yet I have not be able to find a similar option using FLUENT. Is there such an option at all? (Using a Spalart-Allmaras simulation one could theoretically use the wall distance to calculate the areas of RANS and LES, but I was looking for a quicker - and more unmessy - way to do this) Res Any help would be appreciated |
