UDF Error while loading
 

After building the UDF when i press the LOAD button i am getting the following error:

Opening library "libudf"... Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified.

Error Object: ()

I have c compiler also

Do you set environment vaiables when you install your C compiler? If not, you must do that.

i have installed a visual studio c++ version 6.0 in 64 bit machine. Do u know wheather it will work in 64 bit machine? and also can you tell me what should we set in environmental variable??

I don't Know about working of the fluent in a 64.0 bit machine but when you want to install the visual studio c++ 6.0 at one the last stages of installation it will ask you if you want to set enviironment variable and you just need to check it. You can also test this manner: Start->all programs->fluent inc. products->fluent6.0->set environment. (I'm not sure of this last)

hi, u check with the name of the directory. if u given any space in the directory name it may cause problem. once i also experienced this and i remove the space in the directory name and udf loaded

no. i am compiling in 32 bit machine and i am trying to use it in 64 bit machine is that a problem
