Problem in Modelling Heat Transfer Problem

Hi, I am using Fluent 6.3 version. I am facing a difficulty in modelling the following problem.

There is a conveyor moving between the upper and lower set of hot pipes. The hot pipes are parallely placed above and below the conveyor. the material on the moving conveyor extracts the heat from the conveyor.

I want to determine the excess heat and rise temperature of the conveyor by giving the amount of heat absorbed by the material on the conveyor.

I have tried almost all the boundary conditions of the wall and conveyor material properties but not getting the expected results.

I will be very happy if i could get some help from this forum.

Thank you

my problem is forced convection heat transfer in heat sink, which is used in electrronic cooling.

thanking u sir.
