DPM evaporation and species

Hi everybody, one question: I study an evaporating spray in the air and i use DPM model for steady simulation. In order to activate evaporation law I use species but I have a question about boundary conditions: I saw in a similar tutorial to use a 0.23 specie flow of O2 at the inlet, but it was not explained the reason. I tried to solve a case with 0.23 and null value of O2 at the inlet and I dindn't find noticeable differences, so I'm wondering about its scope... Anyone knows? Thanks, fluid
