timestep error....?

Default timestep error....?

Hi all, Can anyone help me ...I am simulating the pump station geometry....but getting the error as below...

Error: Too many (1068) VOF sub-timesteps. The velocity field is probably diverging. Please check the solution, and reduce the time-step if necessary. Error Object: ()

Please help...!
