While iterating for turbulent model a message in Fluent console saying that " Turbulent viscosity limited to 1e5". Why it comes when I strongly relax dissipation rate and turbulent viscosity it disappears.

I and many others have gotten this message. My experience shows that the boundary conditions you select for inlet turbulence will strongly influence whether or not you get this message.
