Not converged, Help wanted!

I am using non-premixed combustion model to calculate coal/biomass combustion. However, whenever I turned on P1 radiation model, it is not converged. And a segmentation error is reported. Can someone give me a help?

make all the under relaxation parameters to 0.9 for all the species
