I am simulating 3D geometry (pipe) I saw my y+ value very law can anyone guide me how can i increase it? thanks

increase the size of your boundary layer

if you want to increase y+ means u r infact coarsening the mesh nearer to walls.. u can do that by increasing the first cell height from the wall. i.e as an example from 0.001 to 0.005mm (let)
