PCM suspension

Hi All

Can any one tell how to modeling the suspension consist of water and phase change materials .Since the tutorials exist in fluent is about melting and solidification of just pcm where the problems which I have is suspention of water and pcm .I need to know how to tell the fluent abount the volume fractin of pcm in suspension and how to simulate these problem (flow and heat transfer)

I will apreciate any help and replay
